Welcome to the Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club Season 2026. To play hockey for the club a player must be registered. Registration fees are made up of two parts: the FCHC fees, and the Hockey Australia Levy.
You cannot complete the registration without the Hockey Australia Levy being paid. Fremantle Cockburn Hockey Club has no bearing on this levy or the ability to waive or refund it. The payment of the levy will be processed either directly through the registration system, or via a link from the FCHC treasurer following payment via bank deposit or establishment of a payment plan.
FCHC fee payment
When registering there are several options for how to pay your fees, set out in the Payment Types table below. Please note, the registration fee at checkout includes the FCHC fees, Hockey Australia Levy, and a processing fee. FCHC doesn't control, receive, or benefit from the levy or processing fee. Only the fees described in the 2026 Fees table are received by the club.

Payment Plan | Payment plan for 4 monthly installments through the registration system, accessible via the registration page. Alternatively, other payment schedules or payment plans for juniors can be arranged with the treasurer and set up through our payway system. This incurs an additional administration fee of $10. Please ensure you add this amount to your schedule. Please do not add the Hockey Australia levy. For the bank deposit option above. Use your full name and the word FEES as the reference, and do not add the Hockey Australia levy to the transfer. Email the receipt to treasurer@freohockey.com and the treasurer will send you a link to pay the levy.

Important. Payment plans (payway) and bank deposits must be set up before registration with Hockey Australia. Once completed, please send an email to treasurer@freohockey.com with the receipt so a link to the Hockey Australia levy can be given. Your registration will not be complete until the Hockey Australia levy is paid. Any misuse of this code will result in an invalid registration.

Personal injuries are an inherent part of playing sports, and while we hope to avoid them, their occurrence is always a possibility. Refunds will not be issued other than under exceptional circumstances.

Junior Parents | Junior parents who are not a playing member themselves are required to join the club as a social member to adhere to the club's licensing requirements. Only one adult member of the family is required to join on the family's behalf. |
Goalkeepers | Will receive a refund of fees after the purchase of new goalkeeping gear for the current season. All receipts will need to be provided to our Treasurer and must include a current season date. Please contact the Treasurer if you need more information. |
2025 Junior State Representatives | Only need to pay the Hockey Australia Levy. Please contact our Junior VP to receive more information. |
Kidsport Vouchers | Kidsport vouchers are welcome. Please contact our Treasurer with your voucher number to receive the discount code. |
Junior Coaches | Coaches of our junior teams who play seniors are eligible for discounted fees. Once you have been assigned to a team as a coach, the Treasurer will provide you with the discount code. |
Additional Children | The following discounts are applied to ALL registered children in your care, 10% for two children, 15% for three children, 20% off for four children. Please contact the Treasurer for the Discount Code (Junior players only, does not include Hook in 2 Hockey). |
Hook into Hockey | Players will receive a playing pack as part of their fees. This includes a stick and shin guards. |
Genuine Casual Players | Genuine casual (senior) players can apply for reduced fees. Casual players cannot play more than 6 games, irrespective of the competition or league. Applications including reasons can be emailed to the Treasurer for approval at treasurer@freohockey.com. If more than 6 games are played, then you are liable for full fees. |
Sponsored Players | Players with sponsorship will need to contact the Treasurer with the details of the sponsor. You will then be provided a discount code for registration. Please note that you are still required to pay the Hockey Australia Levy. |
13th Year (Junior to Seniors transition) | Seniors who played 11/12s for the club during the prior year are eligible for 13th year discount fees. |
Students | Students with valid concession are eligible for a $100 discount. Please email treasurer@freohockey.com with a copy of your current ID for the discount code. |

Important. Please note that these prices are valid from 1 April 2026. The numbers at registration are an important factor in determining how many teams we register and our applicable affiliation fees. Please register early to allow us to correctly determine teams so fees are not inflated by affiliation fees for teams which have to be withdrawn due to lack of numbers.

Starting your registration
Returning players need to select RETURNING MEMBER. This includes players who may be new to the club but played last season at a different club. New players need to select NEW MEMBER.
Registration runs through Hockey WA's registration system, which also collects the Hockey Australia levy that covers your insurance.
